Lead accounting and reporting units, manage staff and operations (accounts payable, payroll, financial reporting), ensure compliance with governmental accounting standards and regulations, implement policy and process improvements, prepare and analyze complex financial reports, and oversee internal controls.

Plan, direct, and manage operations, budgets, programs, and personnel across multiple parks and recreation divisions. Oversee policy, regulatory compliance, long-range and capital planning, program evaluation, contracts and fiscal controls. Represent the department to City Council and community groups, lead strategic initiatives, and supervise senior staff to improve service delivery, equity, and organizational performance.

Performs paralegal work for the City Attorney's Criminal Prosecution Division: manages case files, conducts legal research, drafts correspondence and documents, assists with litigation processing, and communicates with internal/external parties under supervision.

Provide journey-level HR support for recruitment, compensation, policy implementation, data analysis, training, and advisory services. Implement and evaluate HR programs, advise management on HR decisions, monitor program data, and improve HR processes to ensure compliance with laws and City policies.

Lead citywide technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and infrastructure operations. Oversee technology roadmaps, capital planning, governance, cloud and infrastructure modernization, resilience, and IAM. Manage ~130 staff, six direct reports, and a $60M+ budget while partnering across departments to prioritize projects, rationalize portfolios, and drive secure, cost-effective technology delivery.
