Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Automate builds and deployments with Azure DevOps/GitLab, manage containerized workloads (Docker/Kubernetes/Openshift), implement IaC (Terraform, Bicep, Ansible), enforce security best practices, troubleshoot cloud-hosted applications, and mentor junior DevOps engineers while supporting cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Lead the Technology workstream for a 12-week discovery program assessing current-state architecture, integrations/APIs, automation/STP, and deliver target-state architecture blueprints, gap analyses, and a prioritized implementation roadmap while engaging executive stakeholders and platform owners.

Lead CI/CD and release governance for fintech platforms, designing automated pipelines, managing GCP infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters, enforcing release gates and compliance (SAMA), implementing monitoring and rollback procedures, and supporting post-release troubleshooting and database migrations.

Lead and manage end-to-end data platform transformation including assessments, target design, migration, validation, deployment, decommissioning, and cost optimization. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, track risks and dependencies, manage governance, support change management, and ensure successful cutover and decommissioning.

Administer, monitor, secure, and support existing and target-state data platforms (Oracle, Informatica, MDM, BI, cloud platforms). Manage access and environments, monitor performance and capacity, support deployments/patches, optimize license and environment usage, and maintain runbooks and incident logs.

Review and rationalize existing BI assets, design migration-ready dashboards and wireframes, define visualization standards, and collaborate with BI, ETL, and business stakeholders to ensure usable, governed reporting and KPI-driven analytics.

Define and lead migration from current to target data architecture: assess systems, identify gaps, design lakehouse/DWH/semantic/MDM solutions, define ingestion patterns, governance, and guide technology selection and migration coexistence.
