Manages and mentors Business Analysts, oversees requirements and stakeholder alignment, resolves complex analysis challenges, prioritizes work, and supports strategic client engagements, solution design, pre-sales, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and delivery teams to align business objectives with software implementations.

Owns design operations for large-scale digital banking engagements, including design-system governance, Figma administration, accessibility standards, documentation, design QA, tooling, and team workflows. The role manages design tokens, component libraries, versioning, handoffs, bilingual Arabic RTL and English LTR structures, quality gates, metrics, and knowledge transfer while coordinating design and engineering teams.

Design scalable digital banking experiences across web and mobile channels. Responsibilities include UX strategy, information architecture, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, microcopy, functional specifications, accessibility, RTL design, stakeholder workshops, usability analysis, design-system application, developer handoff, implementation reviews, documentation, and mentoring junior designers.

Conducts qualitative and quantitative UX research for complex digital banking journeys in Arabic and English. Plans studies, recruits and moderates participants, performs usability, heuristic, accessibility, analytics, and competitive evaluations, and translates findings into actionable design decisions. Maintains research repositories and privacy-compliant documentation, presents insights to cross-functional stakeholders, supports retesting, and mentors junior researchers.

Defines and governs the organization’s technology architecture and target technology landscape. Establishes standards, principles, platforms, and strategic capabilities; assesses current-state gaps and modernization needs; develops technology roadmaps; evaluates emerging technologies; and supports architecture governance and strategic initiatives. The role collaborates with application, data, infrastructure, security, and enterprise architects in a regulated banking environment.
