Lead and manage end-to-end data platform transformation including assessments, target design, migration, validation, deployment, decommissioning, and cost optimization. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, track risks and dependencies, manage governance, support change management, and ensure successful cutover and decommissioning.

Lead workshops with business and technical teams to document current-state reports, KPIs, rules, and data issues; define future-state BI/DWH/MDM requirements; create source-to-target mappings, KPI definitions, UAT scenarios, and validation scripts; support report rationalization, traceability, and stakeholder sign-off for migrated reports and datasets.

Administer, monitor, secure, and support existing and target-state data platforms (Oracle, Informatica, MDM, BI, cloud platforms). Manage access and environments, monitor performance and capacity, support deployments/patches, optimize license and environment usage, and maintain runbooks and incident logs.

Lead technical delivery across ETL, data modeling, BI, data quality, and migration workstreams. Review and translate legacy pipelines, models, and mappings into target architectures, guide developers, enforce standards, validate migrations, and ensure safe decommissioning.

Review and rationalize existing BI assets, design migration-ready dashboards and wireframes, define visualization standards, and collaborate with BI, ETL, and business stakeholders to ensure usable, governed reporting and KPI-driven analytics.

Maintain, migrate, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines; analyze and document source-to-target mappings; implement batch, incremental, CDC, and streaming ingestion; add validation, cleansing, error-handling, monitoring, and audit logging; reconcile data and decommission legacy jobs post-migration.

Define and lead migration from current to target data architecture: assess systems, identify gaps, design lakehouse/DWH/semantic/MDM solutions, define ingestion patterns, governance, and guide technology selection and migration coexistence.

Support, enhance, migrate, and build BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and datasets. Rebuild legacy reports, optimize performance, implement security, validate migrations, and collaborate with ETL, data architects, and business stakeholders.

Analyze existing data structures across ODS, DWH, MDM, marts and cubes; document entities, attributes, keys and definitions; identify duplicates and inconsistencies; design conceptual, logical, physical and dimensional models; create source-to-target mappings; support semantic models and MDM domain modeling; work with business analysts and ETL developers to validate definitions and ensure correct implementation.

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift, UIKit and SwiftUI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement features, optimize performance, conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, troubleshoot bugs, and participate across the software development lifecycle. Backbase certification required.
