Lead business analysis for BI, DWH, MDM and data transformation programs: run workshops, document current-state and future-state requirements, define KPIs and mappings, prepare UAT/test cases, validate migrated reports, and coordinate stakeholder sign-off and requirement traceability.

Coordinate and track technology project activities in a FinTech environment, support planning and scheduling, run Agile ceremonies, document meeting minutes, maintain project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and facilitate cross-team communication with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.

Lead technical delivery for ETL, data modeling, BI, data quality, and migrations. Review source systems, pipelines, mappings, and platform dependencies; translate architecture into tasks; guide developers and modelers; enforce standards, validate migrations, and support decommissioning.

Support, enhance, migrate, and build BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and datasets. Analyze report logic and KPIs, develop dashboards in target BI platform, migrate legacy reports, validate accuracy, optimize performance and refresh schedules, implement row-level security, and collaborate with ETL, data modeling, architecture, and business teams.

Lead and coordinate the full incident lifecycle using ITIL best practices: detect, log, triage, drive major incident bridges, communicate status, chair post-incident reviews, maintain runbooks and on-call rosters, track trends and KPIs, collaborate with Problem and Change Management, and ensure regulatory and audit alignment.

Own and improve end-to-end Problem Management aligned to ITIL. Lead RCA investigations, manage known error database, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, drive permanent resolutions and continual service improvements, produce KPIs/reports, chair reviews, and coach problem analysts to reduce incident volume and service disruption.

Own and operate end-to-end Change Management (ITIL) including chairing CAB/ECAB, assessing/authorizing RFCs, maintaining the Forward Schedule of Change, coordinating windows, evaluating risk and rollbacks, reporting/PIRs, enforcing governance, administering ITSM change modules, and driving automation for standard/pre-approved changes.
