Lead and develop the HR function, partnering with senior leaders to implement people strategy across the group. Oversee HR operations, employee relations, change programmes, workforce planning, reward, recruitment, HR systems and people analytics, and health & safety. Build leadership capability, drive engagement and deliver HR projects to support business growth.

Partner with line managers to deliver HR guidance across employee lifecycle: handle employee relations, update policies, support recruitment, onboarding, payroll processes, training, engagement, and HR metrics to drive performance and compliance with UK employment law.
