Management Accountant responsible for monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, balance sheet reconciliations, variance investigation, financial analysis, and finance projects. The role supports operational and project teams with cost control and margin monitoring, liaises with auditors, and provides guidance on financial controls. This is a six-month fixed-term position based in York.

Manage the group’s tax affairs across multiple jurisdictions, covering corporation tax, VAT, and employment taxes. Ensure accurate and timely compliance, provide tax advice on business activities and projects, manage external advisors, and support tax-related projects. The role also involves improving tax processes, controls, efficiencies, and automation while partnering closely with finance and business stakeholders.

Manage delivery of allocated projects across the Southern region, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget installations. Plan installations/dismantles, control costs, manage contractors, identify and mitigate risks, maintain project documentation and stakeholder reporting, and ensure compliance with health, safety and CDM regulations.
