Manage and maintain shipboard IT systems and communications, provide user and guest technical support, administer Windows/VMware environments, ensure backups, security and policy compliance, coordinate with shoreside IT and other departments.

The 3rd Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe navigational watch, assisting in safety drills, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They report to the Captain, supervise the crew, maintain navigational equipment, and manage emergency procedures, including communication during emergencies while ensuring the vessel's seaworthiness and safety practices are upheld.
