Designs, develops, configures, integrates, and maintains ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions. Responsibilities include scripting, workflows, Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery, integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, upgrades, production support, governance, documentation, and mentoring junior developers.

Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, OTL, Benefits). Design integrations, Fast Formulas, ETL/migrations (HDL/PBL), OTBI/BIP reports, and provide technical support. Lead testing (CRP, SIT, UAT), training, stakeholder workshops, and Agile project delivery.

Administer, maintain, and performance-tune Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and underlying Oracle databases for Telecom. Apply patches/upgrades with ADOP/OAM, perform cloning/database refreshes, manage RAC/Data Guard high-availability, troubleshoot concurrent manager, app and DB tier bottlenecks, perform RMAN backups and import/exports, manage system security and nodes via AutoConfig, monitor apps/DB health, and collaborate with Oracle Support.
