Manage the end-to-end accounts payable function, including invoice processing, expense reimbursements, coding, approvals, payments, reconciliations, vendor relationships, and discrepancy resolution. Lead the AP team, monitor performance, support month-end accruals, improve workflows, and assist with system transitions and integrations for acquired practices. Ensure accurate financial records and timely transactions while collaborating with accounting and cross-functional teams.

Supports routine and complex human resources administration, including onboarding, employee relations, conflict resolution, HR policy guidance, workforce data analysis, reporting, and HR project coordination. Maintains the HR employee system of record and partners with practice leadership, payroll, recruiting, and regional HR teams. The role also promotes workplace safety, resolves concerns, and supports a positive employee environment.
