Lead regional hospice business development: manage CRM and BD team, build/referral and payer relationships, conduct market assessments, create marketing plans, negotiate contracts, support budgeting and strategic planning, and meet regional growth targets.

Develop and maintain relationships with hospice referral sources and communities, educate patients and families about hospice care, coordinate referrals, and support intake. Execute sales and marketing initiatives, track activity in the CRM, assess markets, manage budgets, coordinate events, mentor team members, and contribute to strategic planning and service growth.

Administer and maintain employee benefit programs (health, dental, vision, retirement, voluntary benefits). Manage enrollments, open enrollment, compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA), FMLA/workers' comp/ADA case management, vendor coordination, benefits reporting (including 5500), HRIS/payroll data maintenance, new-hire orientations, and provide employee support and policy updates.

Provide legal counsel focused on contract lifecycle management: draft, review, negotiate, and maintain commercial contract templates; advise Contracts Specialists and business partners on legal risk and regulatory compliance (including HIPAA/PHI); respond to subpoenas and coordinate with outside counsel; conduct legal research and support operational legal matters.
