The Chief Development Officer is responsible for leading fundraising strategies, managing major gift prospects, enhancing team performance, and engaging stakeholders to significantly increase the university's philanthropic revenue.

Lead and scale a comprehensive university advancement operation to grow philanthropic revenue from ~$1M to $4M+ annually. Manage major and principal gift solicitations, build donor pipelines, develop campaign readiness for $25M+ efforts, strengthen CRM and stewardship systems, lead and expand the advancement team, and serve as primary liaison to the President, Board, volunteers, and external stakeholders. Travel extensively to cultivate and steward donors.
