Leads museum sales and visitor services operations across welcome desks and the call center. Sells memberships and tickets, supports reconciliation and cash handling, monitors visitor feedback, coaches associates, assists with hiring and training, and ensures procedures and messaging are consistently followed. Requires excellent customer service, organization, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and prior customer service experience. Spanish fluency and previous lead experience are preferred.
