Manage core accounting functions and tax compliance for the Georgia office, including monthly/annual tax filings, banking liaison, expense tracking, VAT exemptions, and financial documentation. Provide administrative support: records management, procurement, HR record-keeping, contract coordination, event logistics, visa facilitation, translation, and back-up communications. Coordinate with Washington, DC finance department and ensure compliance with Georgian law and American Councils policies.

Coordinate logistical and financial components of short-term international exchange visits, manage budgets and payments, arrange travel and lodging, support virtual and in-person events, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, and provide administrative and tech support for 70–120 participants annually.

Manage and deliver IVLP program design and logistics for 70–120 international participants yearly. Coordinate with State Department and community partners, arrange itineraries and meetings, oversee budgets and reporting, supervise program coordinators, prepare materials, facilitate meetings (virtual/in-person), and ensure program goals and participant support. Occasional travel required.

Manage and supervise IVLP program team to design and implement professional and cultural itineraries for ~35 projects annually. Oversee fiscal management, compliance with DOS requirements, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and staff hiring/training. Serve as lead programmer on select projects and represent the program with State Department and external partners.
