Provide day-to-day systems administration and end-user support, maintain servers, storage, networks and applications, apply patches/upgrades, troubleshoot technical issues, lead small-to-medium technology projects, ensure system availability and regulatory compliance, and act as SME for assigned technologies.

Lead and run the bank's IT operations and infrastructure, oversee security controls and incident response, support AI/automation initiatives, manage vendor relationships and budgets, and develop technology strategy while directing a team of managers and staff.
