Leads daily accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, reconciliations, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close. Ensures GAAP and regulatory compliance, supports audits and tax preparation, oversees internal controls, supervises accounting staff, assists with budgeting, and improves financial systems and processes.

Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, payments, vendor records, credit management, and discrepancy resolution. Support reconciliations, audits, month-end and year-end close, 1099 reporting, internal controls, and credit card transaction processing. Respond to vendor and employee inquiries, maintain confidential financial records, and collaborate with departments to resolve accounting and payment issues.
