Manage and audit client benefit plans within the benefits administration system. Maintain vendor relationships, process enrollments and carrier file feeds, resolve discrepancies, ensure regulatory compliance, document procedures, provide customer support, and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Sell, service, and administer life insurance products: market to prospects, consult clients on needs, provide quotes, complete applications, obtain underwriting approval, deliver policies, maintain client records, assist beneficiaries, and periodically review/adjust coverage.

Provide administrative support for account managers and executives: gather client info for renewals, process work-queue tasks, prepare proposals/quotes/reports, schedule meetings, liaise with quality control, service small business accounts, and respond to client requests.

Manage and retain personal lines insurance accounts by supporting Account Executives and Risk Advisors: analyze client needs, request renewal quotes, prepare proposals, ensure accurate premiums, recommend coverages, refer cross-sell opportunities, assist policy changes, provide outstanding customer service, and travel offsite to meet clients and underwriters.

Manage retention, renewals, remarketing, and new business for a benefits book of business. Produce proposals, analyze client needs, present solutions, educate clients on carrier portals, process changes, and document client interactions while pursuing growth and exceptional service.

The Risk Advisor is responsible for developing new client relationships, maintaining existing ones, and achieving sales goals through effective communication and proposals.

The Benefits Risk Advisor develops business relationships, generates new sales, analyzes client insurance needs, and prepares proposals for clients, while negotiating and advising on strategies.
