The Communications Specialist is responsible for creating and managing digital content, executing marketing strategies, and maintaining brand consistency for Gracelight Community Health.

Oversees daily IS operations including helpdesk, network, telecom, and security. Supervises staff, manages projects, vendor coordination, system administration (AD, backups, patching), incident response, HIPAA-related controls, inventory, and continuity planning to ensure reliable IT service delivery.

Lead HR strategy and team, own talent acquisition, training, leadership development, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, compensation structure, policy compliance, HR metrics and employee experience. Partner with Finance, counsel, and executive leadership; handle complex investigations and present HR matters to the Board. Fully onsite role requiring background, TB clearance, and immunizations.

Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to close using Microsoft Project and Six Sigma methodologies. Create project plans, track KPIs, manage budgets/vendors, facilitate stakeholder communication, implement data-driven tools (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint), and ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
