Develop and maintain C/C++ system services on embedded Linux SOMs for drone platforms. Work on boot/init, networking (UDP, DHCP, DNS, MAVLink), PX4 log handling, logging/diagnostics, radio networking, and system integration. Debug system-level issues, collaborate with flight software and QA, and deliver reliable, well-documented production software for constrained Ubuntu-based environments.

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for UAV assembly and components, apply lean methods to reduce cycle time and scrap, lead Kaizen/5S events, create work instructions and PFMEAs, support automation/Industry 4.0 integration, ensure AS9100/ITAR/ISO compliance, and collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain for production ramp-up.

Coordinate inbound/outbound freight (LTL, FTL, parcel), prepare and track shipments, maintain ERP shipping and inventory records, perform inventory transactions and cycle counts, resolve carrier delays, support production staging and buyers, maintain warehouse organization and compliance with safety and export control procedures.
