Owns the reliability, security, performance, and administration of enterprise infrastructure across Microsoft 365, cloud, on-premises, endpoint, identity, and collaboration platforms. Responsibilities include Windows/Linux/macOS administration, Azure and AWS operations, monitoring, patching, backups, disaster recovery, incident response, compliance, documentation, service management, automation, and infrastructure modernization.
