The Senior Sales Manager will drive strategic growth initiatives in defense and government sectors, focusing on unmanned maritime systems and building relationships within the U.S. Navy and Department of Defense. Responsibilities include customer engagement, partnership development, and support for government opportunities.

Lead system-level hardware/software integration and rapid prototyping for UAS platforms, plan and execute ground and flight test campaigns, analyze telemetry and imagery, develop automated test suites and simulations, and perform technical project management to translate field data into engineering requirements for commercial and defense stakeholders.

The Configuration Manager oversees product configurations for drone platforms, ensuring compliance and integrity across the product lifecycle while managing documentation and collaboration with various teams.

Support embedded hardware and firmware development for UAS: implement and validate features on microcontrollers and embedded Linux, write C/C++/Rust code, build Python automation tools, assist hardware bring-up, debug, and collaborate across engineering teams throughout prototype to validation.

Lead product requirements, test strategy, and program execution for unmanned air systems. Own event/demo delivery, test coverage (SITL/HITL/flight), cross-functional coordination, requirements traceability, and margin accountability. Build scalable program-management processes and represent ASR with Red Cat product teams to manage cross-platform dependencies.

Support design, integration, testing, and optimization of RF and wireless communications for unmanned maritime and autonomous platforms. Deploy and troubleshoot mesh networks, point-to-point links, LTE/5G, SATCOM, and Wi‑Fi; perform RF testing and spectrum coordination; assist with antenna installation, cabling, documentation, lab testing, and field deployments.

Develop and validate test solutions for drone products, creating test procedures and fixtures, analyzing data, and collaborating with teams for quality assurance.

Design, build, and validate eVTOL drones and systems; collaborate cross-functionally; conduct testing and documentation in electrical engineering projects.

Responsible for designing, developing, and verifying subsystems in UAVs, leading multi-disciplinary collaboration to ensure project success.
