Develop and administer the Tribe’s enterprise GIS and UAS programs. Responsibilities include geodatabase management, spatial analysis, cartography, web GIS and mobile GIS development, drone operations, imagery processing, data quality control, system integration, documentation, training, technical support, and decision-support reporting. The role provides technical leadership, coordinates contractors and staff, supports tribal planning and emergency operations, ensures FAA and organizational compliance, and may require field work, travel, emergency availability, weekends, and holidays.

Prepares and analyzes financial information for casino operations, including journal-entry support, account and bank reconciliations, tax-reporting data, weekly business reports, intercompany billing, inventory audits, and external audit documentation. Ensures compliance with tribal and gaming internal control standards while supporting guests, vendors, and team members. Requires flexibility for weekends, holidays, emergency calls, and varied gaming-facility environments.

The Internal Auditor ensures compliance with gaming regulations, evaluates internal controls, conducts audits, and prepares reports for the Tribal Gaming Commission.

The Director Accounting oversees financial operations like General Ledger and Accounts Payable, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting while leading the finance team.

Lead development, implementation, and oversight of the Tribal Gaming AML/BSA (Title 31) compliance program. Manage CTR/SAR filings, CIP/CDD, annual AML risk assessments, audits, corrective actions, internal controls (MICS/TICS/NIGC), budgeting, team supervision, training, and serve as primary regulatory contact while ensuring record retention and regulatory adherence.
