Perform full-cycle recruiting to source, screen, interview, and place candidates across multiple regions. Maintain ATS and HRIS, manage requisitions, coordinate interviews, support hiring managers, attend job fairs, and handle onboarding coordination while ensuring compliance, documentation, and strong candidate communication.

Lead instructional and administrative operations for designated school sites, supervise certificated and classified staff, drive curriculum and student achievement goals, manage student discipline and safety, coordinate community outreach, ensure compliance with laws and reporting, and provide professional development and leadership team oversight.

Analyze market and internal compensation data, conduct job audits and classifications, maintain HRIS compensation data, perform FLSA evaluations, support compensation policy development, produce reports and cost-benefit analyses, participate in surveys, and collaborate with People Services and Talent Acquisition on compensation initiatives.

Lead job analyses, maintain job classification and compensation systems, benchmark salaries, prepare data-driven reports and recommendations, ensure legal compliance, manage compensation records in HRIS, oversee audits, and supervise a compensation/classification team to align pay structures with market trends and organizational goals.

Create and produce graphics for web, print, products, displays, and exhibits; develop brand identity; collaborate with marketing and project teams; ensure brand consistency and production-ready layouts; manage workflows and meet deadlines.

Manage employee relations services including investigations, policy development, compliance, conflict resolution, coaching managers, analyzing ER data and metrics, and supervising a People Services team to improve morale, performance, and minimize legal risk.

Manage governance records and compliance across states, ensure Open Meetings Act adherence, monitor tasks in Epicenter, coordinate board activities, prepare communications and reports, serve as governance liaison, and support administrative duties.

Provide administrative and coordination support to External Affairs: prepare materials, track legislation, coordinate events and visits, draft correspondence, maintain records, liaise with internal teams, support advocacy and stakeholder engagement, and assist department executives.
