Manage and grow a portfolio of 75+ major donors, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts of $5,000+. Develop individualized donor strategies, meet revenue goals, plan cultivation events, use CRM to track activity, and collaborate with senior leadership to refine major gifts program processes and pipeline development.

Support CNPS Public Affairs by creating and editing content for web, email, print, and social; assist media outreach and maintain media contacts; coordinate chapter volunteer communications and training; manage digital assets and administrative workflows; and provide operational support for events and communications projects.
