Coordinates staff education, new employee orientation, skills validation, competency assessments, preceptor training, and specialty or AHA courses. Develops instructional materials and engaging learning activities, maintains education records and certification standards, assigns classes, supports leaders and preceptors, and identifies educational needs. Requires Ohio RN licensure, nursing or relevant bachelor’s degree or active pursuit, BLS certification, computer literacy, and RQI compliance. Clinical education and acute care nursing experience are preferred.

Develops, implements, evaluates, and revises education and staff development programs for healthcare employees and physicians. Assesses learning needs, supports onboarding and competency validation, maintains continuing education and accreditation compliance, tracks program data, and collaborates with clinical leaders, physicians, HR, IT, and education coordinators. Facilitates education related to regulatory changes, quality improvement, LEAN initiatives, certifications, and best practices.

Develops public relations and storytelling strategies, builds media relationships, pitches stories, handles press inquiries, and creates press releases, newsletters, blogs, and other communications. Supports community events, represents the health system with partners and influencers, coordinates interviews, and helps prepare spokespeople for media engagements. The role requires translating complex medical information for broad audiences while maintaining confidentiality and strengthening organizational reputation.

The Interface Analyst develops, tests, and supports healthcare system interfaces, acting as a technical liaison and providing integration recommendations while maintaining documentation and supporting systems.

Manage daily marketing department operations, supervise project flow to ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, support campaign development, implement and coordinate platforms (data asset management, templates), develop reports/analytics, assist media placement and buying, and manage vendor and client relationships while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.
