Lead e-commerce growth by developing integrated digital marketing strategies, managing site merchandising and UX improvements, running multi-channel campaigns (search, social, email, SEO, display), optimizing conversion funnels, and partnering with Product, IT, and Creative to manage marketing technology, analytics, testing, and reporting to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Plan and manage production schedules, inventory, and material flow to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate suppliers and procurement to reduce costs, create and issue purchase orders, track time-sensitive shipments, resolve receiving/vendor issues, support production supervisors, and drive Lean manufacturing and process improvements.

Manage B2B accounts receivable and collections for assigned territory, reconcile accounts, prepare invoices and customer statements, process credit card payments by phone, support month-end close, resolve billing disputes, maintain customer relationships, and assist with cross-training and departmental coverage.
