Own the full product lifecycle for Greyparrot’s established hardware-enabled SaaS products, from customer discovery and requirements through delivery, launch, adoption, and iteration. Improve usability, onboarding, reliability, customer value, and operational efficiency. Partner closely with customers, Engineering, AI, Commercial, Customer, and Design teams to shape roadmaps, define requirements, assess product performance, and strengthen product processes in live recycling environments.

Own Greyparrot’s end-to-end supply chain as production scales from approximately 150 to 500+ units. Manage the production partner, global parts procurement, forecasting, capacity planning, ERP ownership, supplier and freight negotiations, 3PL inventory, customs, returns, and multi-region logistics. Establish scalable processes, improve landed costs and stock visibility, manage long-lead components, and reduce single-partner risk by evaluating additional manufacturing capacity.

Greyparrot seeks professionals with deep experience in waste management or recycling for customer-facing or data-driven roles, emphasizing technology's role in waste recovery.
