Supports internal audits, compliance reviews, risk management, fraud investigations, and evaluation of financial and operational controls. The role develops audit procedures, maintains compliance documentation and tools, delivers training, updates risk registers, supports donor grant compliance, and mentors an audit assistant. It also requires collaboration with field offices and travel to remote locations for audits and training.

Coordinates Uganda country-program HR operations, including payroll support, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance management, leave administration, workforce planning, HR analytics, reporting, compliance, records management, and staff learning initiatives. Provides technical support to field HR teams, maintains accurate ERP records, supports audits and safeguarding requirements, and helps standardize HR processes across offices.
