Provides Level 1 technical support across resort technology systems, including computers, POS devices, RFID equipment, networks, surveillance, printers, cabling, and audio systems. Installs, configures, maintains, documents, and troubleshoots hardware, software, connectivity, and peripherals. Responds to support requests, manages tickets, assists with technology deployments, and supports users across indoor and outdoor resort environments.

Lead action photographer/videographer creating high-quality outdoor content (skiing, snowboarding, biking). Plan and execute shoots, direct storylines, edit photos/videos, manage media libraries, secure releases, and support social media strategy and scheduling to meet marketing and PR deadlines.
