Manage and develop the Premier League's commercial research and insight programme. Interpret creative briefs, develop platform-appropriate visual solutions, simplify complex information, and support editorial storytelling through typography, layout, and visual design. Collaborate with creative, editorial, marketing, digital teams, and external agencies while managing multiple assets in a fast-paced environment. Contribute ideas, share best practices, communicate design decisions, and work weekend rota shifts when required.

Manages the planning, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, logistics, compliance, and day-to-day delivery of international broadcast programmes. Responsibilities include booking production facilities and crews, coordinating editorial teams, managing suppliers and freelancers, processing invoices and expenses, overseeing health and safety, completing risk assessments, ensuring legal and working-hours compliance, and resolving production issues.

Supports media broadcast research and analytics by maintaining Power BI dashboards, extracting and manipulating data with SQL and Excel, producing reports, and analyzing content performance. The role researches external audience and industry data, conducts ROI and viewership analysis, develops surveys, and translates quantitative and qualitative findings into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders across Premier League broadcast and digital activities.
