Lead customer acquisition and economics across channels (paid search/social, direct mail, partnerships, SEO, referrals). Own CAC, LTV, payback, cohort analysis, testing and conversion optimization, cross-functional partnership with Finance, Sales, Product/Tech, and build/coach a high-performing internal and agency team.

Manage employee lifecycle and compliance: onboarding, benefits administration, payroll deductions, state registrations, licensing, insurance support, performance review coordination, and general office administration with strong attention to detail.

Lead market-specific P&Ls and teams to improve member experience, NPS, retention, revenue, margin, and labor efficiency. Align GMs with Platform Ops, Sales, Expansion, and Finance to standardize operations, build repeatable launch/scale playbooks, and shift founder time away from daily market management.
