Lead and mentor a planning team to produce and maintain integrated project and programme schedules, manage Primavera planning environment, monitor schedule performance and resources, support project controls (change control, forecasting), provide reporting to senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement in planning practices for complex engineering programmes.

Manage end-to-end procurements up to £1M, provide commercial and contractual advice, evaluate tenders, negotiate agreements, support contract lifecycle management, maintain procurement systems and reporting, lead supplier engagement, train colleagues, mentor apprentices, and contribute to category strategy and policies.

Lead strategy, governance, and continuous improvement for SharePoint and Microsoft 365. The Senior Commercial Manager will oversee contract management for high-value engineering projects, ensuring procurement and execution of contracts that align with program goals while leading a cross-functional team.

Lead delivery of IT projects (infrastructure, digital services, cyber security, advanced computing) from planning to handover.
