Own and deliver the app and web trading experience, defining product vision and roadmap. Improve market discovery, order placement, execution, position and portfolio visibility, charts, alerts and performance. Partner cross-functionally (engineering, trading, ops, risk, compliance) to translate trader needs into requirements, launch features, monitor metrics, and ensure operational and regulatory robustness.

Provide high-quality multi-channel support for French-speaking clients, resolve and escalate issues, conduct layer-1 trade investigations, support retention, report trends, collaborate across teams, and adhere to policies and regulatory standards while working rotating evening and weekend shifts.

Lead financial control, statutory and regulatory reporting, and financial operations for Axi India. Establish regulatory finance framework, manage audits, tax and payroll statutory compliance, implement scalable finance processes and systems, support budgeting/forecasting, and act as senior finance business partner while building a regional finance team.
