Supports community sales operations by managing leads, following up with prospects, scheduling appointments, conducting model-home tours, and explaining homes, pricing, and amenities. Coordinates buyer documentation with lenders, escrow, and design teams; maintains sales data, listings, collateral, and model-home presentation standards. Assists with marketing events, reports, competitive updates, and community meetings while serving as the on-site representative when the Community Manager is absent.
