Leads complex IT projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. The role delivers infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud, and networking initiatives in a multi-customer MSP or consultancy environment. Responsibilities also include selecting project methodologies, improving project management processes, translating business needs into practical solutions, and communicating technical concepts clearly.

Provide second-line onsite and remote IT support, escalating complex issues from first line and owning incidents, requests, and changes through resolution. Maintain Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, endpoints, networks, backups, and virtual environments. Troubleshoot authentication, connectivity, mail flow, and infrastructure issues; perform restores, support disaster recovery, contribute to migrations and site setups, and document fixes and deployments.
