Supports the Controller by overseeing accounting activities, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing journal entries, budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, internal controls, and audit support. Ensures compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, SOX and J-SOX requirements. Analyzes financial data, identifies trends and variances, supports federal, state, and local filings, and helps resolve accounting issues while handling confidential financial and employee information.

Designs and implements manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and production improvements. Supports quoting, cost estimation, new product launches, engineering changes, quality investigations, corrective actions, and manufacturing documentation. Collaborates with customers, employees, management, engineers, and production teams while applying Lean principles, Kaizen events, and 5S. Directs cell technicians and supports daily production activities.
