Develops and maintains manufacturing methods, bills of materials, bills of operations, product structures, and costing data in ERP systems. Audits production orders, material transactions, and time reporting; troubleshoots operational issues; and creates procedures and work instructions. Provides backup planning and buying support by producing job orders and travelers and ensuring accurate material transactions. Applies process improvement, lean manufacturing, statistical, and database management principles across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.

Plans and conducts laboratory and external testing, prepares fixtures, manages test protocols, calibration, data collection, and reporting. Coordinates labs, contractors, suppliers, internal teams, project engineers, and customers while supporting test plans and quality activities. The role requires laboratory equipment operation, mechanical tools, occasional extended hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 25–50% travel, including possible international travel.

Lead and scale an enterprise PMO to govern prioritization, resource allocation, and disciplined execution of strategic initiatives, capital projects, manufacturing modernization, and ERP (Epicor Kinetic) transformations across multi-site operations.

The Cost Accountant analyzes material and labor costs, maintains the cost accounting system, ensures inventory accuracy, and develops annual budgets.

Design sheet-metal HVAC accessories using AutoCAD, maintain accurate BOMs and ERP product data, produce product documentation, and collaborate with production, quality, sales, and purchasing to ensure manufacturable designs.
