Provide track-and-trace support for customers and internal teams: monitor communications, update load data in AS400, manage customer portals, create weekly reports, analyze scorecards, and assist operations with issue resolution.

Administer weekly driver payroll, index trip sheets, maintain payroll files and benefits (insurance portals), manage payroll/insurance spreadsheets and reports, assist drivers and support Operations Department requests.

Support Recruiting Director with driver onboarding, employment verifications, MVRs, background checks, DOT/HOS compliance, driver file maintenance, payroll assistance, reporting, retention initiatives, exit interviews, and cross-team coordination with Safety and Operations.
