Administer and coordinate HR programs with emphasis on employment and employee relations through middle management. Advise and counsel managers and employees on policies, performance management, and compliance; coordinate recruitment and onboarding, deliver HR training, supervise HR office staff, and ensure state and federal labor and safety regulation compliance.
