Develop, deploy, and optimize CNN/DNN and computer-vision models on embedded SoCs and hardware accelerators. Develop and deploy LLM-based conversational and multi-agent systems for automotive domains. Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs, implement RAG/knowledge bases, design agent orchestration, optimize models for edge devices, build personalization and proactive features, and ensure safety, evaluation, and production-grade MLOps/LLMOps.

Lead and manage back-office functions (Finance, HR, Legal/Compliance, Administration) for the VinFast Philippines office. Develop policies and processes, oversee budgeting and reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, manage HR operations including recruitment and payroll, align operations with business objectives, mentor the back-office team, and liaise with Vietnam headquarters.

Leads regional aftersales service operations for electric buses, ensuring dealer and partner compliance with VinFast standards. Manages KPIs, audits, repair quality, warranty compliance, customer experience, service campaigns, technical issue resolution, budgets, costs, revenue, parts availability, and inventory. Requires cross-functional project management, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving across overseas markets, with frequent business travel.
