Support execution of multiple high-priority projects across the Growth & Development team: maintain project inventories and task trackers, develop schedules, coordinate meetings, produce status reports, manage project materials and data reporting, follow up on action items, identify and communicate risks, and support site visit coordination. Use reporting tools and Microsoft Office to keep stakeholders informed and ensure projects meet deadlines.

Provides administrative and project support to senior leaders: coordinates project activities, meetings, and deliverables; tracks invoices and expenses; performs data entry and reporting; consolidates project materials; communicates risks and status to stakeholders; and supports calendar/time management and cross-team collaboration.

Lead supply chain optimization across multiple community hospitals and clinics, manage inventory and product conversions, drive cost savings and process improvements, supervise and develop materials staff, coordinate with clinical and operational leaders, and use ERP/handheld systems and data tools to maintain par levels and resolve purchasing/invoice issues.

Manage healthcare facilities capital projects from initiation through closeout: create RFPs, manage budgets and schedules, oversee vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor project managers, conduct OAC and closeout meetings, and coordinate handoffs to Facilities.

Supervise supply chain operations for a facility, leading par-level stocking, distribution, receiving, logistics, KPI analysis, compliance, and team education. Liaise with hospital departments, manage inventory and specialty carts, handle vendor issues and shipments, and ensure regulatory and safety adherence to support patient care.
