Own end-to-end customer billing by interpreting contracts, preparing accurate invoices (recurring, T&M, usage-based), partnering with cross-functional teams, resolving disputes, maintaining billing records, supporting month-end close and revenue reporting, monitoring AR aging, and recommending process improvements.
