Coordinates payroll and HR administration across multiple hotel locations, including timekeeping, employee records, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, unemployment claims, audits, and employee relations support. The role works with hotel leaders and employees, maintains confidential information, resolves payroll discrepancies, and supports company events and People & Culture initiatives. It requires strong organization, accuracy, communication, discretion, and the ability to manage recurring deadlines and changing priorities.
