Collaborate with SMEs to document workflows, business rules, and use cases; produce clear task-based content, process diagrams, and visuals; test product features; and support cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, consistent documentation.

Lead automation and optimization of Java applications across cloud, hosted, and on-prem environments. Manage CI/CD pipelines, Docker/containerization, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), AWS deployments, monitoring, security, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and Level 2/3 production support.
