Develops, optimizes, and sustains metal fabrication processes for laser cutting, punching, forming, welding, and finishing. Creates routings, work instructions, tooling, and fixtures; supports new product introduction, quoting, first-article builds, and production launches. Leads Lean and Six Sigma improvements, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and scrap reduction. Maintains ERP/MRP data, supports fabrication programming and automation, and collaborates with production, quality, sales, and supply chain to ensure manufacturability, quality, efficiency, and safety.
