Assist students and families through the federal financial aid process—FAFSA, ISIR review, verification, packaging, and disbursement of Pell Grants and Direct Loans—ensure Title IV compliance, maintain records, reconcile systems, resolve discrepancies, promote financial literacy, and provide timely, student-centered customer service while collaborating with campus offices.

Provide student-centered customer service while managing student billing, collections, payment plans, payments, third-party billing, refunds, and account reconciliation with Financial Aid. Maintain accurate records and support special projects as assigned by the Bursar.

Recruit and enroll new students by outreach to high schools, businesses, and community groups; manage prospective student communications using CRM and social media; assist admissions, financial aid, orientation, registration, and commencement; prepare reports and supervise student recruiters.
