Designs and improves manufacturing processes across CNC, fabrication, welding, finishing, and automation operations. Develops standard work, tooling, fixtures, layouts, CNC programs, and work instructions; analyzes production data and workflow; supports lean improvements, kaizen events, equipment business cases, and new product introduction. Partners with production, product development, planning, and safety teams to improve quality, throughput, cost, and workplace safety.
