Develops and executes analyses using large, complex datasets to address legal and business questions. Responsibilities include data cleaning, integration, validation, SQL and Python workflows, Power BI dashboards, analytical modeling, anomaly investigation, litigation-related damages and exposure analyses, and communicating findings to attorneys and clients. The role manages multiple matters, documents assumptions, improves reporting processes, and supports data-driven decision-making.

Also performs office coordination, expense reporting, travel arrangements, mail processing, supply ordering, meeting coordination, and onboarding support.

Represent and defend employers in wage-and-hour class actions and other labor and employment matters. Collaborate with senior attorneys, manage assigned cases, conduct legal research, communicate effectively, and handle court and agency procedures. The role offers training, mentorship, and opportunities to work on single-plaintiff litigation, labor matters, and administrative agency cases.

Litigate product liability and employment cases nationwide, including burn and fire claims, subrogation, toxic exposure matters, and single-plaintiff employment lawsuits. Advise clients on strategy and represent them in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials. The role requires substantial litigation experience, active New York Bar admission, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to travel.

Represent employers in labor and employment litigation. Handle pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and provide strategic employment-law counsel while collaborating with senior attorneys.
