Develop and execute strategic marketing and advocacy campaigns for both 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) work. Advise departments and senior leadership, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, evaluate campaign performance, mentor marketing managers, and act as department lead when needed. Monitor political and cultural developments to shape timely, compliant messaging.

Leads the Marketing Writing Team while personally producing and editing strategic marketing content across emails, websites, scripts, social media, campaigns, and other formats. Develops content strategies, messaging plans, workflows, and assignments; coaches writers; coordinates cross-department projects; ensures editorial quality and brand consistency; and integrates responsible AI-assisted writing workflows using Copilot. Manages deadlines, resolves bottlenecks, and aligns content with organizational priorities and marketing goals.

Coordinates and improves fellowship and leadership programs for student leaders. Responsibilities include recruiting and communicating with fellows, mentoring projects, developing program materials, organizing events and speakers, collecting impact stories, managing digital resources, supporting alumni initiatives, and evaluating outcomes. The role requires strong organization, writing, communication, multitasking, adaptability, and willingness to travel for trainings and leadership events.

Coordinates pro-life activities throughout Virginia and West Virginia by supporting campus groups, recruiting and training students, organizing events and political outreach, mobilizing rapid responses, developing community partnerships, fundraising, maintaining Salesforce records, and managing regional travel and budgets. The role requires frequent campus travel, public speaking, flexible hours, occasional weekends, and participation in national team activities.

Manage and cultivate a portfolio of 200–300 donors across the Midwest and Mountain region. Identify and qualify prospects, schedule and conduct meetings, track donor interactions in development databases, coordinate and host events and galas, support national fundraising campaigns, and execute donor stewardship including handwritten notes and special gift campaigns. Heavy travel required to grow regional support and meet fundraising goals.
