Lead facility rental sales and corporate event partnerships across Morgan's entities. Manage full sales cycle from lead generation and proposals to contracting and event execution. Maintain rental pipeline and CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, convert rental clients into sponsors/donors, and report on revenue and market trends to meet organizational targets.

Drive group sales and revenue by managing the full sales cycle for private events and group experiences. Prospect and cultivate clients, prepare proposals and contracts, coordinate event logistics, lead and develop the group sales and event team, maintain community relationships, and oversee post-event follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Manage camp programming, schedules, and seasonal staff to deliver inclusive, accessible experiences. Plan curriculum, oversee activity areas, maintain safety and certifications, manage budgets, liaise with user groups, and support cross-department operations and staff development.
