Architect scalable database schemas, lead cloud migrations and modernization on AWS, drive performance tuning, HA/DR, data quality, security, observability, and AI-augmented workflows. Mentor engineers, set standards, and build data pipelines, lakes/warehouses, and monitoring to ensure fast, reliable, and secure data for product and analytics.

Owns RTA's largest enterprise implementations from contract to go-live. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages timelines and risks, personally cleans and migrates data into Fleet360, guides configuration decisions, uses AI to accelerate workflows, and ensures on-time, high-quality customer launches.
