Lead all accounting operations, ensure GAAP and government-contracting compliance (FAR/CAS/SCA/DCAA), oversee month- and year-end close, prepare financial statements and forecasts, support audits and tax preparation, manage budgeting and variance analysis, maintain internal controls, optimize processes and systems, and coach and develop the accounting team.

Role Players imitate characters for training exercises, providing feedback and simulating situations for military and law enforcement personnel. Responsibilities include conducting surveillance, following scripts, and participating in physical training scenarios that may involve non-lethal ammunition.
